JAMA B2B provides B2B sourcing, verification, and execution services for businesses sourcing products from China. Our services include supplier verification, quality control, production management, and logistics coordination.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests
• Review and approve quotes before payment
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. Quotes are delivered via Stripe invoice with clear payment terms. Once a quote is approved and payment is received, execution begins. Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements.

5. Service Execution

We commit to providing regular updates through the platform and maintaining documentation at every stage. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier issues, customs delays, or force majeure events.

6. Quality Control

We conduct factory audits, sample inspections, and quality checks. However, final product acceptance is the responsibility of the client. We provide inspection reports and documentation, but clients should verify products upon receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAMA B2B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JAMA B2B or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
